摘　　要：缺血性视神经病变是一类疑难的视神经病变,中医和西医治疗各有优势及特点,中医治疗主要是口服中药、静脉使用中(成)药注射液、针灸治疗、穴位注射等。西医治法主要是及时给予大剂量糖皮质激素,同时配合植物神经调节剂、降眼压、神经营养药及高压氧治疗等。中西医结合治疗能结合两者优势,取得良好效果。Ischemic optic neuropathy is a difficult class of optic neuropathy. The traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）and western medicine have their own advantages and characteristics. TCM treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy mainly includes traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine injections, acupuncture, point injection, etc. Western healing method is mainly timely giving large doses of sugar corticosteroids, in conjunction with autonomic regulator, drugs for lowering intraocular pressure, neurotrophic drugs and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Integrative medicine has combined the advantages of both, and achieved good results.
