摘  要:目的分析乳腺原位癌的重要X线征象,并探讨其与主要生物学指标(ER、PR、CerbB2)表达之间的关系。方法免疫组化检测56例乳腺导管原位癌及45例乳腺良性病变组织ER、PR、CerbB2的表达水平;并将其表达情况与X线征象钙化、毛刺、非对称致密和结构扭曲进行相关性分析。结果乳腺原位癌组织中ER、PR、CerbB2的表达明显高于乳腺良性病变。其中钙化与ER表达呈正相关,边缘毛刺与PR和CerbB2表达呈负相关;结构扭曲和非对称致密与ER、PR、CerbB2表达无明显相关性;淋巴结转移组ER、CerbB2阳性表达率明显高于淋巴结无转移组。结论乳腺原位癌的重要X线表现与ER、PR、CerbB2表达之间均存在一定相关性,可根据X线表现对癌灶的生物学行为和预后进行评估。Objective To analyze X-ray features of breast cancer and to explore its relationship with expression of estrogen receptor ( ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and cerbB2. Methods Expression of ER, PR, cerbB2 in 56 cases of breast ductal situ carcinoma and 45 cases of benign breast lesions were tested with immunohistochemistry, its correlation with X-ray features of calcification in breast cancer, burr, asymmetrical density and structure distortions were ana- lyzed. Results The expression of ER,PR,CerbB2 in breast cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in breast benign lesions. Calcification of breast carcinoma was positively correlated with the expression of ER, edge burr was negatively correlated with the expression of PR and CerbB2, and structure distortions and asymmetric density were not significant correlated with the expression of ER, PR, CerbB2. The positive expression rates of ER,CerbB2 in lymph node metastasis group were significantly higher than those in negative lymph node metastasis group. Conclusion There is a certain correlation between X-ray features of breast cancer with the expression of ER, PR, CerbB2, and biologic behavior and prognosis of breast cancer can be evaluated according to X-ray features of breast cancer.
