兔妊娠早中期滋养层细胞侵润的观察研究

摘　　要：目的观察兔妊娠早、中期滋养层细胞的形成、侵润及蜕膜区变化。方法 HE染色、碱性磷酸酶染色和过碘酸雪夫染色观察血管周变化,以细胞角蛋白7(CK7)抗体免疫组化标记滋养层细胞,观察滋养层细胞的行为。结果妊娠第7.5天出现着床点,第9天管周细胞发生蜕膜化,滋养层细胞开始向子宫间质侵润,第10.5天,管周蜕膜化细胞发生水肿,出现胎盘小叶,合胞体滋养层细胞增多,第12天,迷路下的子宫间质中滋养层细胞剧增,迷路下出现动脉血窦,蜕膜化细胞高度空泡化,第13天和14天动脉窦管腔扩大,第15天胎盘形成,胎盘下(连接区)全部被滋养层细胞侵润,第19天,滋养层细胞侵袭至子宫肌层和肌层动脉管壁。结论兔妊娠过程中,滋养层细胞以间质渗入、蜕膜细胞渗入、血管内逆行向上等多种方式并行向蜕膜区肌层血管进行侵润。Objective：To observe the depth and pattern of trophoblastic cells invasion in pregnant rabbit uterus.Methods：The placentas of pregnant New Zealand rabbits at 6-15days of gestational age were obtained.HE staining and anti-cytokeratine 7immunohistochemistry were used for observing the invasion of trophoblastic cells,and HE,AP and PAS staining for the perivascular decidual changes.Results：On day 7.5of gestation,implantation points appeared.On day 9,perivascular cells began to show the decidual changes.Moreover,trophoblastic cells began to invade into endometrial stroma.On day10.5,the perivascular decidual cells were edematous,placental lobules appeared,and syntrophoblastic cells were increased.On day 12,trophoblastic cells in the labyrinth and subplacenta were dramatically increased,the vacuolating of the decidual cells reached its maximum,and artery sinus appeared in subplacenta area.On days 13-14,artery sinuses were enlarged.On day 15,the placenta developed well,and trophoblastic cells nearly invaded into the whole subplacenta area.Conclusions：During pregnancy in rabbit,trophoblastic cells invade into the decidual area and the artery of myometrium in different ways including interstitial infiltration,decidual cells infiltration and retrograde migration in the uterine spiral artery.
