鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤手术治疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察鼻内镜下鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤手术治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析在我院诊治的鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者56例,采用鼻内镜或鼻内镜联合Caldwell-Luc手术治疗,总结其临床疗效。结果 56例患者术后效果良好,无严重并发症发生。术后随访2年,6例病变复发,2例术腔存在炎性肉芽组织,48例痊愈,治愈率85.7%。结论鼻内镜手术是治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的有效手段。应根据肿瘤侵犯的范围不同而采取不同的术式,术后宜定期复查,以便及时妥当处理局部病变。Objective To sum up the clinical therapeutic effect of surgical therapy on patients with inverting papilloma in nasal cavity and/or paranasal sinuses.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 56 cases with inverting papilloma in nasal cavity and/or paranasal sinuses treated in our Hospital. They were all treated by surgical therapy, either by simple nasal endoscopic surgery or combined operation with nasal endoscopic surgery and routine Caldwell-Luc operation, and followed up for 2 years. Then, their clinical therapeutic effect was summarized by a careful analysis on their clinical data.Results All these 56 patients were seen with an ideal therapeutic effect without severe postoperative complications occurred. As seen by the end of following up period, only 6 cases were found with their lesion reoccurred and 2 with inflammatory granulation in their surgical cavity following the operation in this group of cases. Therefore, 48 were evaluated as cured among these 56 cases,with a curative rate of 85.7% in total.Conclusions Nasal endoscopic surgery is an effective operating procedure for the treatment of inverting papilloma in nasal cavity and/or paranasal sinuses. Surgical performance should be carried out practically according to the findings on the range of lesion involved locally. Following up is essential for such cases postoperatively to receive regular recheck in order to treat possibly present pathological condition in surgical cavity.
