新型敷料用于下肢静脉性溃疡护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨新型敷料在下肢静脉性溃疡创面处理中的效果。方法:将70例下肢静脉性溃疡患者随机分为2组,对照组35例采用传统方法换药,治疗组35例采用新型敷料,观察2组疗效。结果:治疗组创面治疗总有效率为100.00%,明显高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.01),治疗组创面愈合时间和换药次数均较对照组缩短和减少(P<0.01)。结论:新型敷料治疗下肢静脉性溃疡明显优于传统换药,值得推广。Objective：To investigate the effect of a new type of dressing in the management of venous ulcer wound in the lower extremity. Methods：Seventy cases of venous ulcer in the lower extremity were randomly divided into 2 groups（n=35 in each）. The control group were applied the traditional dressing,while the treatment group adopted the new type of dressing. The clinical efficacy was observed in the 2 groups. Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100. 00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（71. 43%）（P〈0. 01）;in the treatment group,the wound healing time and the frequency of changing dressing were decreased significantly compared to that of the control group（P 〈0. 01）. Conclusions：The new type of dressing is superior to the traditional one in management of the venous ulceration in the lower limb. It is worth popularizing.
