解毒活血法治疗溃疡性结肠炎急性发作期临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察解毒活血法治疗溃疡性结肠炎急性发作期的临床疗效。方法将65例溃疡性结肠炎急性发作期的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组33例采用柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片灌肠治疗,治疗组32例采用白头翁汤联合血竭胶囊灌肠治疗。疗程均为2周。结果治疗组总有效率为90.63%,高于对照组的72.73%;两组临床疗效、肠黏膜疗效比较,治疗组均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论解毒活血法治疗溃疡性结肠炎急性发作期有较好的临床疗效。Objective：To observe clinical curative effect of Jiedu huoxue Method on ulcerative colitis with acute attack.Methods：Cases with ulcerative colitis patients with acute attack of 65 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group were treated with Baitouweng Decoction and Xuejie capsule enema treatment,while control group （33 cases） with willow nitrogen sulfonyl pyridine enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride enema treatment.Improvement of endoscopic intestinal mucosa lesions and clinical curative effect of both groups were observed.Results：Treatment group total effective rate was 90.63％,better than that of control group 72.73％ ;Two groups of clinical curative effect,intestinal mucosa curative effect comparison,the treatment group were better than control group （P＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：Jiedu huoxue Method has good clinical curative effect on ulcerative colitis with acute attackhas.
