摘　　要：分析了基于模型的企业(Model-Based Enterprise,MBE)的背景和定义,研究了MBE的进化和分类,讨论了MBE的关键技术.MBE分为基于通用模型、基于产品和过程集成优化模型、基于知识模型、基于独特知识嵌入模型、基于智慧模型的5种企业类型。研究表明:数字化企业的核心是模型,MBE中的模型本质是知识;基于企业独特知识所建立的模型对于企业核心竞争力具有重要价值;需要采用技术-社会系统的观点、全局的观点、产品生命周期的观点等进行建模优化;MBE的发展趋势是集成化、知识化、智能化、人机一体化、智慧化等.Firstly the background and definition of MBE were analyzed ,then the evolution and classification of MBE were researched ,lastly the key technologies of MBE were discussed .It has been shown that the knowledge was the es-sence of the model of MBE .The established model ,Model-Based Enterprise（MBE） ,which is the core of the Digital En-terprise ,which is based on unique knowledge of the enter-prise ,has an important value for enterprise core competitive-ness .The model needs to be optimized from the view of technology and society system ,global and product life cycle . The development tendency of MBE is integrated ,knowledge-based ,intelligent ,man-machine integration and the wisdom .
