摘　　要：基于社会资本的视角,识别科技型集群企业成长的影响因素,并结合社会资本的自组织特点以及成长的协同特征,构建了科技型集群企业成长评价指标体系。将DEMATEL方法与ANP方法相结合,构建了科技型集群企业成长评价模型,并运用实例说明具体的评价过程。From the perspective of social capital, this paper identifies the impacting factors of the growth of enterprises in technological-cluster. According to the characteristics of self-organization of social capital and the synergism of enterprise＇s growth,it constructs the evaluation index system of the growth of enterprises in technological-cluster. Then combining the method of DEMATEL with ANP,it constructs the evaluation model. Finally,it demonstrates the evaluation process of the growth of enterprises in technological-cluster by using two examples.
