摘 要:通过对设计者的创新认知思维过程及规律进行理解,提炼出创新问题一般解决过程模型,总结出复合菱形思维操作过程模型。结合产品设计和新产品开发实际,将质量功能配置、物场模型、冲突矩阵、形态分析法等方法,应用到问题分析、概念求解、组合优化等思维操作单元,提出一种多方法集成式产品创新策略及设计流程,并开发了相应的设计原型系统。以敲钉机创新为例,验证了策略及系统的有效性与实用性。By exploring the processes and rules of designer's innovation cognitive thinking, an general solving process model for innovative problem was refined and a compound rhombus thinking process model was summarized. Combined with the current situation of product design and new product development, the methods such as quality function deployment, su-sield model, contradiction matrix and morphological analysis were applied to the thinking operation units such as problem analysis, concept solving and combinatorial optimization. An integrated multi-method strategy and a design process for product innovation were proposed, and the corresponding design prototype system was developed. The nailing machine was taken as an example to verify the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed strategy and system.
