客户参与企业产品开发的创新模式选择研究

摘　　要：为了打破传统的封闭式创新模式,合理利用内外部资源,将客户融入企业创新活动,针对企业创新模式的选择,运用博弈论方法,构建了基于企业客户双方的开放式创新模型,分析了不同客户参与程度的创新模式下,企业福利、客户福利和社会福利的变化情况。研究表明,与封闭式创新模式相比,客户参与的企业创新模式能够有效提高各方福利水平;企业创新模式的选择与企业—客户沟通成本及创新的制造成本有关。To break the traditionally isolated innovation mode and bring customers into the innovation activities, aiming at the innovation modes selection, the open innovation mode based on both customers and business was demonstrated by using game theory, and the changes of company, customer and social welfare were analyzed under the different levels of customers participation. The research showed that the business innovation mode with customers participation could efficiently improve the welfare level in all aspects by comparing with isolated innovation mode, and the innovation mode selection of a company was related to the cost of communication between customers and business and the cost of innovation invention.
