摘　　要：非酒精性脂肪肝涵盖了从脂肪变性、脂肪性肝炎到肝纤维化、肝硬化、肝癌不同阶段的肝脏损伤。研究发现,外周5-羟色胺系统在肝脏脂质代谢方面有着重要作用。本文从肠道、肝脏本身以及胆汁酸肠肝循环方面综述了外周5-羟色胺系统与肝脏脂质代谢的相关性,有望找到非酒精性脂肪肝药物治疗新的研究方向。Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD）encompasses a series of liver damage ranging from simple steatosis, steatohepatitis to hepatic fibrosis, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. Previous study shows that peripheral serotonin system plays an important role in hepatic lipid metabolism. This article reviewed the correlation between peripheral serotonin system and hepatic lipid metabolism from three aspects：intestine, liver and bile acids. Peripheral serotonin system is expected to be a new target for NAFLD therapy.
