摘  要:针对大长径比薄壁燃烧室壳体铣削加工振动问题,研究了柔性辅助支撑对加工减振的作用。建立零件铣削加工振动模型,用ANSYS软件对模型进行数值模拟,分析柔性辅助支撑状态下的系统模态与振动响应,以及不同夹具刚度系数对切削振动的影响。切削实验验证表明:振动幅度降低70%以上,减振效果良好。According to the vibration problem of the long-axis thin- wail cylindrical shell during milling process, the vibration damping effect of using a flexible auxiliary supporting system was studied in this paper. The vibration modal of the milling was established. The numerical simulation was done by ANSYS software and vibration response under different stiffness of the shell with flexible auxiliary supporting were obtained by establishing the finite element model. The vibration damping results from cutting experiments showed that the vibration Was reduced more than 300%
