摘　　要：对JJG957-2000逻辑分析仪的校准方法进行了研究。介绍了逻辑分析仪的原理,给出了门限电平、建立/保持时间、毛利检测等测试原理,提出了最高时钟速率、数据建立/保持时间、毛刺检测能力、输入门限电平等检定规程校准方法及其改进方法。The calibration method of JJG957-2000 logic analyzer was studied in this paper. The operation principle of JJG957-2000 logic analyzer was introduced. The measurement principles of threshold level, setup/hold time and glitch detection were given out. The calibration methods and their improvement of maximum clock rate, data setup/hold time, glitch detection, input threshpld level were put forward.
