来华留学生的跨文化适应——以江苏高校为例的实证研究

摘　　要：对江苏多所高校148名包括研究生在内的学历、非学历留学生进行了调研,结果显示:来华前受教育水平对学习经历中的控制点影响显著;汉语水平、来华前的出国经历与受教育水平、社交活动首选群体及是否善于社交影响到学生跨文化人格的形成;其中前四者的影响主要体现在语言层面,后者的影响则见于文化层面;社交活动的首选群体为中国人者,具有较强的社会依存性;在短期跨文化适应中,价值观的改变较难实现。The investigation on 148 diploma and non-diploma international students in China including graduate students indicates that education level before coming to China has influence on locus of control. The factor, like Chinese level, abroad visiting experience and education level, preferred group for social activities and whether being sociable, affect the shaping of the students cross-cultural personhood. The first four have their influence on the field of language, and the last has influence on the cultural field. Those who chose Chinese people as their preferred group for social activities have strong social interdependence. However, value change is difficult to happen in short term cross cultural adaption.
