摘 要:本文中针对发动机振动信号的非平稳特性,采用经验模式分解方法对信号进行分解,并将其应用于发动机再制造性能的研究中。首先在对振动信号经验模式分解的基础上,引入相关系数表征各IMF分量与原始信号的相关性,并运用关联维数来分析各IMF分量的动态结构。接着为了分析发动机的再制造水平,综合考虑相关系数与关联维数对IMF分量的作用,并将二者有机融合,提出评价发动机再制造水平的一个振动综合度指标,建立了发动机再制造水平与振动综合度之间的对应关系。最后进行了试验研究,结果表明,振动综合度这一指标反映了发动机的运行状态,可以用来评价发动机的再制造水平。In view of its non-stationary feature, the vibration signal of engine is decomposed by empirical mode decomposition method, which is applied to the study on engine remanufacturing performance in this paper. Firstly on the base of empirical mode decomposition on vibration signal, a concept of‘correlation coefficient’ is introduced to characterize the correlation between each intrinsic mode function ( IMF ) components and original signals, and correlation dimension is used to analyze the dynamic structure of each IMF components. Then for studying the remanufacturing level of engine, by concurrently considering the effects of correlation coefficient and correlation dimension on IMF components with both of them organically fused, an indicator of‘overall measure of vibration’ is proposed to evaluate the remanufacturing level of engine with a corresponding relationship between engine remanufacturing level and the overall measure of vibration established. Finally an experimental study is conducted and the results show that the indicator of ‘overall measure of vibration ’ reflects the operation status of engine and can be used to evaluate the remanufacturing level of engine.
