高校体育教师职业素质评价体系研究

摘　　要：为构建高校体育教师职业素质评价体系,调查了420名浙江省高校体育教师,从心理素质、专业素质、道德素质和文化素质四个方面,构建高校体育教师职业素质结构模型,确定权重指标。结果显示,体育教师职业素质评价体系由4个二阶因子、11个一阶因子、38个观测指标构成,二阶因子的道德素质和专业素质比重较大,一阶因子的热爱学生、热爱事业比重较大。In order to construct the evaluation system of college PE teachers＇ professional quality, 420 colleges PE teachers of Zhejiang Province are surveyed to construct the structural model of college PE teachers＇ professional quality from the four aspects of psychological quality, special qualities, moral quality and cultural qualities. The results show that the evaluation system is composed of 4 second - order factors, 11 first - order factors and 38 outcome measures. The specific weight of moral qualities and special qualities is larger in the second - order factors. Moreover, the specific weight of devotion to students and career is arger in the first - order factors.
