摘　　要：全球化促进了运动员归化现象的产生,通过文献资料法,对国内外运动员归化的现象进行了深层次研究,探讨了运动员归化对国际体坛的影响和运动员归化现象产生的动因,并深入地分析了我国运动员归化存在的问题,提出了相应的应对策略。The globalization has made it possible for the athletes to choose which country to represent in a sports game. This paper analyzed the reasons and the influences of such a phenomenon on the international sports. Countermeasures are put forward.
