摘　　要：防御素是一类广泛存在于黏膜上皮细胞和中性粒细胞中的阳离子多肽。作为先天性免疫反应的一部分,防御素对细菌、真菌、病毒和寄生虫均表现出抗菌活性。防御素除了作为先天性免疫的直接效应分子具有广谱的抗菌作用外,在获得性免疫反应中还具有作为配体的免疫调节作用和趋化作用,也可以增强针对肿瘤抗原、蛋白质抗原的体液和细胞免疫应答。文章通过探讨防御素的免疫相关作用,揭示防御素在先天性免疫反应和特异性免疫反应中的作用。Defensins are a class of cationic polypeptides and widely present in mucosal epithelial cells and neutrophils. As part of the innate immune response, the defensins show antimicrobial activity against bacteria, fungi, viruses and parasites. In addition to being direct effector molecules of innate immunity with broad - spectrum antimicrobial effect, defensins have immunomodulatory and chemotactic effects as ligands in acquired immune response, and also can enhance humoral and cellular immune responses against tumor antigens and protein antigens. The paper suggests that defensins play a role in the innate immune response and specific immune response through investigating the immune - related roles of defensins.
