摘  要:为了探索树食物识别的机制,试验采用4种处理方法:(A)空白对照,(B)黄粉虫气味,(C)密封的黄粉虫,(D)黄粉虫,每个个体每种处理均进行6次试验。结果表明:不同处理条件下的探究频次、啃咬频次、行为持续时间差异显著(P<0.05)。树在处理C(视觉刺激)及处理D(既有化学刺激又有视觉刺激)条件下的行为持续时间、探究频次和攻击频次显著高于处理B(化学刺激)(P<0.05)。在无视觉刺激的条件下,树在处理B的行为持续时间、探究频次、啃咬频次显著高于处理A(P<0.05)。在视觉刺激相同的条件下,树在处理D的行为持续时间显著长于处理C(P<0.05)。树主要利用视觉捕食,化学识别为辅。To explore the mechanism for prey discrimination of tree shrews ( Tupaia belangeri chinensis), four kinds of treatment methods were a- dopted as follows: (A) blank utensil as the control, (B) the utensil was treated with macerated larvaes of Tenebrio molitor, (C) the larvaes of Tenebrio molitor were sealed in the utensil, (D) the larvaes of Tenebrio molitor were placed in the open utensil, each individual was tested 6 times for each treatment. The results showed that there were significant differences ( P 〈 0.05 ) in the investigation frequency , bite frequency and duration of behavior for the tree shrews under different treatments. The duration of behavior, investigation frequency, and attack frequency of the treatment C with visual stimulation and the treatment D with visual and chemical stimulation, were significantly higher ( P 〈 O. 05 ) than those in the treatment B with chemical stimulation. In the absence of visual stimulation, the duration of behavior, investigation frequency and bite frequency of the treatment B were significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05 ) than those in the treatment A. The duration of behavior in the treatment D was significantly longer ( P 〈 0. 05 ) than that in the treatment C under the same visual stimulation conditions. The results indicate that tree shrews mainly use the visual to prey, followed by chemical discrimination.
