摘  要:为了探索中华蜜蜂幼虫发育期体蛋白质和体脂肪含量的变化规律,以中华蜜蜂为试验材料,分别采集3日龄、6日龄、9日龄的蜂王幼虫、工蜂幼虫、雄蜂幼虫,检测其体蛋白质和体脂肪含量。结果表明:相同日龄的工蜂幼虫、雄蜂幼虫、蜂王幼虫体蛋白质和体脂肪含量均存在显著差异(P<0.05);工蜂幼虫和蜂王幼虫的体蛋白质含量随着日龄增长先减少后增加,雄蜂幼虫的体蛋白质含量随着日龄的增长而增加;工蜂幼虫和蜂王幼虫的体脂肪含量随着日龄增长先增加后减少,雄蜂幼虫的体脂肪含量随着日龄的增长呈下降趋势。To explore the variations in the contents of body protein and body fat in the larvae of Apis cerana cerana during the developmental period, Apis cerana cerana was used as experimental material. The larvae of the three kinds of Apis cerana cerana including queen, worker and drone were collected at three days of age, six days of age and nine days of age for detecting the contents of body protein and body fat, respectively. The results showed that there were significant differences(P 〈 0.05 ) in the contents of body protein and body fat among the worker, drone and queen larvae at the same day of age ; the body protein contents of worker and queen larvae showed an initial decrease, then increase with the increase of the day of age, while the body protein content of drone larvae was increased with the increase of the day of age ; Further, the body fat contents of worker and queen larvae showed an initial increase, then decrease with the increase of the day of age, while the body fat content of drone larvae showed a decreasing trend with the increase of the day of age.
