摘　　要：从鳗鲡的分布、鳗鲡产业发展现状、养殖种类的变化及其原因以及营养成分(基本营养成分、氨基酸和脂肪酸等)方面对鳗鲡养殖现状进行了综述。The current situation of eel aquaculture industry were summarized from the distribution of eel, development status of eel industry, change of aquaculture species and reasons, as well as the research progress of nutritional ingredients, including basic nutritional compositions and amino acids, fatty acids.
