摘 要:针对电驱式EPS成型机在移模、锁模过程中存在能耗大等缺陷,提出了一种新型的合模装置。该合模装置基于双驱动电动缸加载同步控制技术完成移模动作、借助气液增压缸结合开合螺母机构实现锁模动作,使合模装置在控制精度、节能效果、可靠性等方面均有了提升。重点对合模装置中的电动缸、气液增压缸和顶出架的结构进行了设计,并借助有限元软件对合模装置进行了分析,发现其刚度和强度均满足设计要求。所设计的合模装置已应用于新型电驱式EPS成型机的样机开发。According to the defects of high energy consumption in the moving and clamping mold process of electric drive EPS molding machine, a new clamping system is proposed. The clamping system is based on control technology of synchronization load for dual driving servo-electric cylinder to complete mold-moving action, and by applying gas-liquid pressurized cylinder with movable nut machine to complete mold-clamping action. Based on this, the control precision, reliability, energy saving effect of the clamping system are promoted. The primary parts in the clamping system such as servo-electric cylinder, gas-liquid pressurized cylinder and ejection frame are designed in detail. The clamping system is analyzed by FEM software, and the results show that their structure completely satisfies the required strength and stiffness. The designed clamping system has been applied in development and design of prototype for electric drive EPS molding machine.
