改良式泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨改良武泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年01月-2013年12月我院收治的慢性泪囊炎患者96例，随机分为观察组和对照组备48例，对照组行传统泪囊鼻腔吻合术，观察组行改良武泪囊鼻腔吻合术。术后均随访6个月，观察并对比两组患者的手术时间、治疗有效率以及复发率。结果：观察组的手术时间平均为（38±26）min．对照组的手术时间平均为（81士12）min，观察组明显缩短（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗有效率为91．7％，对照组治疗有效率为81．2％，观察组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组术后复发率为2．I％，对照组术后复发率为10．4％，观察组明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：改良式泪囊鼻腔吻合术疗效显著，操作简单，手术时间短，Objective： To investigate the elinical efficacy of modified dacryocystorhinostomy on chronic.
