胃癌扩大根治术治疗胃癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察胃癌扩大根治手术治疗胃癌的临床疗效。方法回顾性的分析和总结我院自2004年11月至2009年2月期间收治的50例胃癌患者行胃癌扩大根治术治疗期间的临床资料，并对其手术治疗效果进行分析结果50例胃癌扩大根治术的患者进行为期5年的随访结果：死亡患者共5例，死亡率为10％；1年生存者有49例，1年存活率为98％；2年生存者有49例，2年存活率为98％；3年生存者有4-7例，3年存活率为94％；4年生存者有45例，4年存活率为90％；5年生存者有45例，5年存活率为90％。并发率为16％。结论在掌握好胃癌扩大根治术适应证的前提下，行胃癌扩大根治术治疗胃癌的方法，具有疗效显著、安全、有效、并发症少等特点，可明显提高患者存活率，值得在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of radical operation of gastric cancer to expand the treatment of gastric cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis and summary of our hospital from 2006 November to 2009 February were treated 50 patients with gastric carcinoma during radical surgery for expanding clini- cal data, and the operation therapeutic effect analysis. Result 50 cases of extended radical resection of gastric cancer patients were followed up for 5 years ： the death of patients with a total of 5 cases, the mortality rate was 10% ; 1 year survival in 49 cases, 1 years survival rate was 98% ; 2 year survival in 49 cases, 2 years survival rate was 98% ; 3 year survival of 47 cases, 3 years survival rate of 94% ; 4 year survival in 45 cases, 4 years survival rate was 90% ; 5 year survival in 45 cases, 5 years survival rate is 90%. The incidence was 16%. Conclusion In the mastery of gastric cancer radical operation to expand the premise of indications, methods of radical operation in the treatment of gastric cancer expansion for gastric cancer, has obvious curative effect, safety, effective, less complications, can significantly improve the survival rate of the patients, it is worthy of clinical application.
