摘 要:目的研究祁门红茶多酚对CCl4诱导的小鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法采用CCl4诱导建立小鼠肝损伤模型,测定小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性,检测肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量、谷胱甘肽(GSH-Px)和超氧化岐化酶(SOD)水平,并对肝组织进行HE染色分析。结果与模型组相比较,祁门红茶多酚均能显著降低ALT、AST、ALP活性和MDA含量,提高GSH-Px和SOD水平(P<0.05),且呈剂量依赖关系。肝组织病理切片显示:提前给予不同剂量的祁门红茶多酚,使肝脏均受到一定程度的保护。结论祁门红茶多酚对CCl4诱导的小鼠肝损伤具有保护作用。Objective To study the hepatoprotective effects of a polyphenols-enriched extract from Keemun black tea(KBTP)against CCl4-induced liver injury in mice.Methods The levels of ALT,AST,ALP,MDA,GSH-Px and SOD in plasma were determined to evaluate the protective effect of KBTP on the liver injury in mice induced by CCl4.And HE staining analysis was carried out on the liver tissue of mice to evaluate the protective effect of KBTP.Results Compared with model group,KBTP significantly reduced the impact of CCl4toxicity on the serum ALT,AST,and ALP enzyme of liver damage,and prevented the increase in hepatic MDA levels(P〈0.05).After administration of KBTP,the antioxidant levels of hepatic GSH-Px and SOD were markedly elevated.In addition,liver pathological observation also confirmed the protective effects of KMTP on CCl4-caused histological alteration in mice.Conclusion KBTP had significantly protective effects against CCl4-induced liver injury in mice.
