摘　　要：开设综合开放性实验已成为各实践性专业提高学生动手能力、创新能力和综合素养的共识,如何实施并保证综合开放实验的开设效果也成为关注热点。西安交通大学生物工程专业在设立、构建综合开放实验体系、实验管理运行模式、教学环节实施过程等方面探索了增强综合开放实验教学效果的措施。Offering comprehensive opening experimental courses （COEC ） has become one of the best choices for promoting the students’ abilities of innovation and comprehensive qualities . Therefore ,it’ s crucial to explore measures in order that the teaching effects of COEC are guaranteed .The specialty of Bio-engineering at Xi’ an Jiaotong University has tried interesting methods ,such as establishing corresponding new course system ,reforming management mode ,optimizing operation process ,etc .,for strengthening teaching effects of COEC .
