摘 要:充分利用现有的实验设备,分别对实验室现有的反力墙和自平衡加载装置进行改进设计,使其满足空间复杂节点加载试验的需求。通过对两种改进装置加载试验效果的对比分析,评价两者的优缺点。反力墙加载装置对平面杆件体系组成节点弹性阶段受力状态的验证效果较好,自平衡加载装置可以较为准确地反映节点的实际受力状况,可用于复杂钢节点,特别是多支管钢节点极限承载力的试验研究。结果表明,该改进设计能满足空间复杂节点试验的需求,拓展了结构实验教学研究范围。Based on the research on test devices for spatial connections ,the existing test devices are improved to meet the requirements of experimental study for complicated connections .The existing devices ,such as reaction wall and self-balanced loading device ,are revised to fulfill the loading tests of the nodes of a certain major project .Through the comparison of the effect of two plans ,the merits and drawbacks of each plan are discussed .It is demonstrated that the reaction wall loading device is effective to the test in elastic state for the connections comprised with plane members ,and the self-balanced loading device suitable to the loading test of complicated nodes by simulating the actual stress conditions .
