摘　　要：自主学习是个人长远及时代发展的需求,决定着学习成效。西藏大学信息技术实验教学示范中心从提供空间、营造氛围,带着问题、自主学习,形成学习互助组、互帮互助,项目驱动、重在过程,建立周汇报制度、及时引导等维度入手,对学生自主学习为主的实验教学模式进行了探索与实践。高素质教师在自主学习过程中发挥着关键性作用,教师的教是为了学生更好地学,且应在学生最需要帮助时进行指导。The autonomous learning can meet the demand of personal long-term development ,determining the effectiveness of learning .IT Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Tibet University provides the space to create learning atmosphere ,where students can learn autonomously by forming learning support groups and making a project .The Center establishes a week reporting system and takes some other prompt measures to guide the students . Qualified teachers play a key role in the autonomous learning process by teaching students to learn better and guide them when the students need help .
