摘　　要：目的建立黄杨宁片中环维黄杨星D的HPLC-ELSD含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为Phenomenex luna C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-0.25mol/L甲酸铵溶液（甲酸调pH值至3.8）（40：60）,流速为流速1.0 mL/min,检测器为ELSD,柱温为30℃。结果环维黄杨星D在0.662 0~10.432μg线性关系良好（r=0.999 0）,平均回收率为（n=9）99.01%,RSD为1.51%。结论本法简单、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于控制该制剂质量。Objective To establish an HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of cyclovirobuxium D in Huangyangning Tablets.Methods A Phenomenex luna C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）was used.The mobile phase was methanol-0.25 mol/L ammonium formate（Formic acid adjusted to pH 3.8）（40∶60） at a fl ow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the detector was ELSD.The column temperature was 30℃.Results A good linearity relationship was exhibited in the range of 0.662 0~10.432 μg（r = 0.999 0）.The average recovery was 99.01%（RSD = 1.51%）.Conclusion This method was simple,accurated,sensible and reproducible,which can be used for the quality control of Huangyangning Tablets.
