摘　　要：该书是至今国内有关自然灾害社会易损性研究的第一部学术专著。该书从地理学与社会学结合的视角,结合国外相关研究成果,揭示了自然灾害与社会易损性的相互关系,展现了对自然灾害的新认识,建立了自然灾害社会易损性基本理论以及区域自然灾害社会易损性评价的框架和方法。The book is by far the domestic social vulnerability to natural disasters related to the study of the first academic monographs. From the combination of geography and sociology perspective, the book combined with relevant foreign research results, revealed the relationship between natural disasters and social vulnerability, demonstrated a new understanding of natural disasters, natural disasters, established the basic theory of social vulnerability and a framework and methodology for regional natural disaster social vulnerability assessment.
