摘　　要：苏北8度区的3个村庄的房屋抗震性能的调查结果显示当地农村房屋的抗震性能普遍低下.从结构体系、抗震构造措施和施工质量三个方面分析当地常用的砖混结构、砖木结构房屋在抗震性能方面存在的问题,并提出提高房屋抗震性能的技术措施,建议政府为当地新农村建设提供切实服务.Investigation on seismic performance of rural buildings was conducted in 8intensity region of northern Jiangsu Province.According to the findings,the anti-seismic performance of rural buildings is generally poor.Earthquake-resistance problems of some common masonry structure and brick-wood structure buildings were analyzed from three major areas：structures,aseismic structural measures and construction quality.In addition,the technical measures were raised to improve the buildings＇ anti-seismic performance.
