摘　　要：校企合作是近几年很多高校都在积极探索研究的一种人才培养新模式,其通过企业与高校的合作,来培养适应社会需求的人才。校企合作不仅有助于解决大学生就业难的问题,还可以为企业注入新鲜"血液",推动企业的可持续发展。本文针对校企合作的必要性、模式类型、存在的问题以及高校改进校企合作模式的途径做了深入思考。In recent years, cooperation between universities and enterprises is a new mode for talents＇ cultivation, which is actively explored and researched by many universities. Talents are cultivated to meet the needs of the society. Through cooperation between universities and enterprises, the cooperation can help solve the problem of low employment rate of undergraduates, inject ＂fresh blood＂ into companies, and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. The article discussed the necessity, the mode, the problems and the possible ways of cooperation between universities and enterprises.
