摘  要:本文针对本科校外实习教学出现的难题,通过现状的调查、分析和研究,结合高等教育的特点和规律,对本科生校外实习教学进行了再认识;利用IE(工业工程)中的SMED法,通过学校几轮的校外实习教学实践,解决了本科生校外实习教学存在的难题,使学校教学管理和企业管理优势互补,增强了长期合作的动力与保障。This article is aimed at the difficulties in internship teaching outside the university. Through investigation, analysis and research into the present situation, the concept of internship teaching was reconsidered according to the characteristics and laws of higher education. By implementing the SMED approach in IE and through several rounds of internship practice outside the university, we finally found a mode to have the problems solved, which can not only bring benefits to the administration of both the university and the enterprise, but also enhance the affinity and long-term cooperation between the university and the company.
