摘 要:以桉木单板层积材侧面为基材,以黑胡桃薄木和装饰纸作为饰面材料,考察了涂胶量、热压时间、热压压力和热压温度等工艺参数对透胶、浸渍剥离、表面胶合强度的影响。结果表明:以黑胡桃薄木和装饰纸为饰面材料时,涂胶量对透胶影响最大,热压温度对浸渍剥离与表面胶合强度影响最大。以黑胡桃薄木与装饰纸为饰面材料时的最佳工艺分别为:涂胶量100g/m2与110 g/m2,单位压力0.8 MPa,热压温度100℃,热压时间240 s与180 s。The present work discussed the overlaying technology of using black walnut veneer and decorative paper for surface decoration on Eucalyptus laminated veneer lumber (LVL) substrate side surface. The authors studied the effects of glue spread, hot-pressing pressure, time, and temperature on glue penetration, immersion, and surface bonding strength. The test results indicated that glue spread had significant effect on glue penetration; hot-pressing temperature had significant impact on immersion and surface bonding strength. The optimum parameters determined by this study were: glue spread 100 g/m^2 or 110 g/m^2, hot-pressing pressure 0.8MPa, hot-pressing temperature 100 °C, hot-pressing time 240 s or 180 s.
