防螨抗菌强化木地板的研制

摘　　要：筛选并改进抗菌剂添加在胶液中,采用表面改性剂改善抗菌剂与胶液的相溶性能,按现行生产工艺浸渍胶膜纸,利用现有生产设备及工艺技术压制强化木地板。经检测认定,地板各项物理力学性能达到国家标准,防螨抗菌效果明显。By screening and adding improved anti-bacterial agent into the glue solvent and improving the mutual solubility between the two, the author soaked bond paper with current production technique. Reinforced wood floor had also been pressed by utilizing the current production facilities and technique. The characterization results indicated that al physical and mechanical properties of the floor were up to national standards and the wood floor exhibited prominent properties of anti-mite and anti-microbial.
