摘　　要：我院楼宇智能化工程技术专业创新团队入选＂十二五＂期间北京市职业院校教师素质提高工程项目——2012~2013年度专业创新团队。在两年的建设中,团队成员发挥团队优势,放大、延伸和深化团队优势带动的建设路径,在专业建设中,技能竞赛、教学能力、教学改革、科研能力、社会服务等方面取得了很大成绩,并获得2012~2013年度北京市职业院校专业创新团队（高职组）第一名的优异成绩。The Innovation team of intelligent building engineering technology of our college was selecreo in the project of improving the quality of vocational college teachers in the ＂ Twelfth Five--Year＂ period in Beijing and was named the 2012--2013 yearly professional innovation team. During two years of construc- tion, the team members have fully developed team advantages to enlarge, extend and deepen its construction path. In specialty construction, we have made great achievements in skills competitions, teaching ability, teaching reform, research ability and social services, and finally obtained the champion of 2012--2013 Year- ly Vocational College Professional Innovation Team （higher vocational education group）.
