基于ADAMS的油菜割晒机运动仿真设计

摘　　要：利用Pro/E和ADAMS建立了油菜割晒机的虚拟样机模型,并设定相关约束与运动函数,对虚拟样机进行了动态仿真。对割晒机的运动,其中包括拨禾轮和滚筒的旋转运动,割台的抬升与下降,行进中的停止,运动过程时间的分配等问题进行设计分析,为进一步的改进设计提供了理论依据。In this paper,the virtual prototype model of rape windrower has been established by using Pro /E and ADAMS. The relevant constraints and movement functions have been set. The dynamic simulation of virtual prototype is carried out. The movement of windrower has been designed and analyzed,which includs the rotational movement of the wheel and rotating drum,the rising and falling of the cutterbar,the shutoff in program,the distribution of the movement process time and so on. It provids a theoretical basis for further improving design.
