摘　　要：农业信息产业化的基本要素包括 :主导产业、市场、龙头企业、商品基地及利益分配机制。其制约因素主要有 :农业结构不协调、市场体系不健全、龙头企业难建、利益分配机制不健全等。为推进企业信息产业化 ,应采取相应对策。参考文献 6。Basic elements of the industrialization of agricultural information include main stream industries, markets, major enterprises, commodity bases and profit allocation mechanism. In this paper, the authors analyze some restrictive factors and proposes some strategic recommendations. 6 refs.
