摘　　要：文章分析了核安全关键岗位人员核安全素质要求及中物院核安全关键岗位人员基本素质，提出了核安全关键岗位人员资格培训课程体系建设的基本思路。This paper analyzes the nuclear safety quality requirements of the nuclear safety key position personnel and the basic quality of nuclear security key position personnel. It also puts forward the basic train of thought of the course system construction for nuclear safety key position personnel qualification training.
