摘　　要：目前成人中职学生到课率持续低下,学校办学能力、课堂教学吸引力受到前所未有挑战和质疑。海南电大中专校以会计专业为例,从定位学校办学目标、课程设置原则入手,提出"专业证书"引领下的岗位化课程体系并予以实践,取得良好效果。At present, adult secondary vocational students attendance is low, the ability of running school, the attraction of classroom teaching by unprecedented challenges and questions, Hainan electric secondary school in accounting major, for example, from the principles of positioning school education objectives, curriculum, put forward the ＂professional certificate＂ led by the position change of curriculum system and practice, has obtained the good effect.
