摘　　要：在医疗领域由于资源是有限的,无论是政策的制定还是具体医疗措施的选择必须通过成本效益分析确定,成本效益分析控制成本,提高医疗资源的利用效率,成本效益分析体现了功利主义理论和生命价值论。Because the resource in the field of medical care is limit, the decision of medical policy and the medical care is made by cost-effect analysis. Cost-effect analysis can control cost and improve the efficiency of use of medical resource. Cost-effect analysis reflects the theory of utilitarianism and ethics idea of the value of life.
