栓道式附着体应用于倾斜基牙的临床观察

摘　　要：目的明确栓道式附着体治疗倾斜基牙的临床疗效。方法基牙制作22件栓道式附着体义齿,进行2年的随访,从患者主观感受,临床检查情况等方面评价修复效果。结果栓道式附着体义齿舒适、固位、咀嚼有力。2例患者基牙烤瓷冠崩瓷,2例出现基牙疼痛,2例患者基牙牙周炎症。结论对症治疗后,义齿使用正常。栓道式附着体是修复倾斜基牙的一种较理想的修复治疗方法。Objective To observe the efficacy of road-type attachment in bolt abutment. Method 22 road-type attachment prostheses were made of abutment for 2 years＇ follow-up.Repair effect were evaluated from the aspect of subjective feelings of patients, clinical inspection, etc. Result Dentures of road-type attachment were comfortable, retention, chewing powerful.2 patients＇ porcelain crown of abutments were destroyed, abutments pain appeared in two cases, periodontal disease also in two cases. Conclusion After symptomatic treatment, dentures were used properly.Road-type attachment is an ideal restorative treatment methods to repair tilt abutments.
