螺旋CT对结肠癌诊断的临床价值与分析

摘　　要：目的:评价螺旋CT在结肠癌诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析15例经手术或活检病理证实的结肠癌的CT影像表现。结果:结肠癌的主要CT表现为肠壁不规则增厚,肠腔偏心性狭窄,并可见不规则软组织肿块形成,肿块边缘不规则,侵及周围器官、肝转移及淋巴结肿大。结论:螺旋CT对结肠癌的部位、大小、形态,确定肿瘤侵犯范围、有无淋巴结及远处转移均敏感,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective：Spiral CT in the evaluation of colon cancer diagnosis. Methods：A retrospective analysis of 15 patients with pathologically confirmed colon cancer CT imaging findings. Results：CT findings of colon cancer mainly irregular lumen stenosis, wall thickening, irregular soft tissue mass with irregular margins, invading the surrounding organs, liver and lymph nodes. Conclusions：Spiral CT for colon cancer location, size, shape, determine extent of tumor invasion, lymph node and distant metastasis were sensitive, with a high clinical value.
