摘 要:近年来,高职院校职业技能大赛如火如荼地开展着,在"竞赛热""夺金热"的背后,流淌着不协调的音符。本文通过对酒店服务技能大赛形式、赛项内容、评分标准进行优劣势分析,提出改革大赛模式,让学生更大程度地展现职业技能,让专业指导教师从繁重的备赛中解放出来,让大赛回归为教学服务,让更多的学生受益,使更多的大赛作品贴近实际、接地气。文中提出改革大赛模式可规避大赛负面影响,引导大赛作品向经济低碳、效益方向发展,使大赛可持续地发展。Recently,the vocational skill contents are carrying out in full swing. But there are some disadvantages behind the " competition", "gold medal". According to the analysis of the contest model, the contents and the standard for evaluation, this article puts forward to reform the contest model to make the students to perform their skills greatly, and liberate the professional tutors from the contests and make the contests return to the teaching,and benefit more students. And the same time,the works of the contests should more close to the practice. This article puts forward to lead contest to economy,low carbon and high benefits to make the contest develop continuously and healthy through reforming to reduce the negative impact of the contest.
