摘　　要：论述了板料拉延成形时的摩擦、磨损特征和润滑机理,探讨了液体润滑剂、固体润滑剂、液固混合物润滑剂的特点及使用;并分析了薄板拉延时对润滑提出的要求,根据薄板材料种类的不同,给出了具体的润滑剂种类及组成成分,为生产中润滑剂的选择提供了理论根据和实用参考。The characteristics of friction and lubrication mechanism in sheet metal drawing process have been discussed in the text. The characteristics and use of liquid lubricants, solid lubricant, and liquid mixtures of solid lubricant have been put forward. The lubrication requirements during the sheet metal drawing process have been analyzed. According to the different types of sheet material, the specific types and composition of lubricant have been given, which provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for the selection of lubricants in practical production.
