三七通舒胶囊联合抗癫痫药物治疗难治性癫痫临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察三七通舒胶囊联合抗癫痫药物治疗难治性癫痫的临床疗效。方法:①选取难治性癫痫患者129例,给予三七通舒胶囊(0.2g,口服,3/d)联合抗癫痫药物治疗2年,观察该方案对所有入组患者的疗效;②按照病因将129例入组患者分为原发性难治性癫痫及继发性难治性癫痫两组,比较该方案(治疗2年)对两组患者的治疗效果;③比较两组患者治疗1个月后病灶局部血流较治疗前的变化情况。结果:经过2年联合疗法治疗,所有病例的总有效率为83.7%,其中原发性难治性癫痫的治疗有效率为90.2%,治疗继发性难治性癫痫治疗有效率为59.2%,两组之间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗1月后原发性难治性癫痫患者病灶局部供血较治疗前得到明显改善(P<0.01),继发性难治性癫痫患者病灶局部供血较治疗前改善不明显(P>0.05)。结论:三七通舒胶囊(成都神华集团股份有限公司制药厂出品,规格0.2/粒。1粒,每日3次口服)联合抗癫痫药物能有效治疗难治性癫痫,尤其对原发性难治性癫痫效果确切。Objective： To observe the efficacy of Sanqi Tongshu capsule combined with antiepileptic drug in clinical treatment of refractory epilepsy. Methods： ①129 cases of refractory epilepsy were selected and given treatment of Sanqi Tongshu capsule（ 0.2g,3 times per day） combined with antiepileptic drug for two years and the curative effect of all patients was observed. ② All of enrolled patients were divided into two group（ primary and secondary refractory epilepsy） according to the etiology of intractable epilepsy. The therapeutic effect was observed after treatment of the two groups for two years. ③The changes of blood flow in local lesions was compared in each group patients before and after treatment. Result： After 2 years of combined therapy,the total effective rate was 83.7%,of which the effective rate of primary refractory epilepsy was 90.2%,the effective rate of secondary refractory epilepsy was only 59.2%.There were significant differences between the two groups（ P〈0.05）. The blood flow in local lesions improved significantly after 1 month treatment in primary refractory epilepsy group（ P〈0.01）,but there was no significant improvement after 1 month treatment of secondary refractory epilepsy group（ P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Sanqi Tongshu capsule combined with antiepileptic drug has exact therapeutic effect on refractory epilepsy,especially for primary refractory epilepsy.
