摘 要:水资源短缺严重威胁人类生存,废水回收再利用具有十分重要的意义。针对生产车间废水净化处理的复杂性,提出了一种融合控制策略。剖析了污水处理的化学与生物化学过程,讨论了废水净化处理过程的控制论特性,研究了控制策略,探讨了基于仿人智能的融合控制策略与控制算法。采用不同控制策略对废水净化处理进行了仿真对比实验,过程响应验证了该控制策略调节时间短,上升时间快,控制精度高,鲁棒性强。研究结果表明,该控制策略对车间污水净化处理是可行和合理的。Shortage of water resources is threatening human survivorship seriously, and the wastewater recycling gets very important. Aimed at the complexity of wastewater purification treatment in production workshop, the paper proposed a sort of fusion control strategy. In the paper, it made the anatomy for chemistry process and biochemistry process in sewage treatment, discussed the cybernetics characteristic of purification of wastewater treatment process, researched on the control strategy, and explored the fusion control strategy based on human simulated intelligence and its control algorithm. It conducted the comparison experiment of simulation by different control strategy for wastewater purification treatment process, and the process response demonstrated the control strategy is shorter in adjusting time, faster in rise time, higher in control precision, and stronger in robustness. The research results show that the proposed fusion control strategy is feasible and reasonable.
