摘 要:水火弯板机控制系统是一个复杂的联动控制系统,由于视觉系统提取到的焰道线是离散的点,为提高弯板机联动控制算法的时间复杂度以及保证控制系统的加工精度,提出了将焰道分割成微段区间,采用最小二乘法及阈值限定策略,用空间微线段拟合焰道加工曲线,建立微线段区间的线性方程。通过焰道的点及所在区间的微线段求解得到水火弯板机火枪头的位置矢量,根据火枪头的位置矢量可推导出机械中各个轴的运动量。试验仿真结果表明,采用该拟合策略可以很好地拟合水火弯板机加工焰道的三维曲线,同时为机械控制的精度、行走的连续性等提供了保证。Line heating machine is a complicated and united controlling system, because of fire route points' discreteness derived from system of machine view, for the sake of inereasing time-complexity of line heating system's controlling algorithm and ensuring its working precision, which is presented that cutting the fire route into small segments, adopting methods of least squares and threshold limiting and building linear equation of tiny line segments by fitting working curves of fire route by using tiny line segments spatially. Position vector of Line heating machine's fire injector can be worked out by points from fire route and their zone, according to which every axis of line heating machine can be calculated. It is demonstrated from experiments of simulation that the fire route of 3D working curve of line heating machine by adopting controUing methods mentioned above, and also the machine's controUing precision and its moving continuity are secured.
