摘 要:目的探寻适当的医院门诊空气质量微生物学评价方法。方法无风晴天气象条件下,用撞击法采集3家三甲综合医院门诊内、外的空气,检测空气菌落总数、溶血葡萄球菌、藤黄微球菌,并对医院门诊大厅内、外空气细菌数量及指标菌在空气细菌所占比例进行对比分析。结果医院门诊大厅内、大厅外人多处空气菌落总数分别为1 281 CFU/m3、1 094 CFU/m3,两者差异无统计学意义;大厅内、大厅外人多处溶血葡萄球菌在空气细菌所占比例分别为4.03%、1.76%,藤黄微球菌分别为3.64%、7.14%,显示大厅内空气污染程度高于大厅外人多处。结论仅以菌落总数为指标,不能判断门诊大厅内、大厅外人多处空气污染程度的差别,而增加溶血葡萄球菌、藤黄微球菌在空气细菌所占比例为指标,可充分显示该差别。Objective To explore a microbiology assay method to determine the air quality in hospital outpatient. Methods Air samples were collected in outpatient of top - three comprehensive hospitals by impact sampling method under calm and sunny weather condition, and the aerobic bacterial count, Staphylococcus haemolytieus, Microeoecus luteus were all determined; meanwhile, the bacterial population and the proportion of indicator bacteria were compared between inside and outside of the hall. Results The aerobic bacterial count at crowded places inside and outside of the hall was respectively 1281CFU/m^3and 1094CFU/m^ 3, with no statistical difference. The proportion of Staphylococcus haemolytieus at crowded places inside and outside the hall was respectively 4. 03% and 1.76%, with statistical difference, accordingly the proportion of Micrococcus luteus was 3.64% and 7.14%, with statistical difference. Conclusion By using the aerobic bacterial count as exclusive indicator for air quality in hospital outpatient is incapable of reflecting the difference of air contamination status, while using additional indicators of Staphylo- coccus haemolyticus and Microeoccus luteus can effectively reveal the difference.
