表面处理对改善装饰原纸印刷适性的研究

摘　　要：采用淀粉和苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液复配,对装饰原纸进行表面处理。研究了表面处理工艺对装饰原纸抗张强度、表面性能和印刷适性的影响。结果表明:当淀粉和苯乙烯丙烯酸酯乳液以质量比20︰1进行复配时,装饰原纸表面处理后的抗张强度和平滑度大幅提高;印刷后色密度提高,阶调再现性增大,吸收性没有损失。印刷性能显示三聚氰胺浸渍处理能使印刷图案保留时间更久。Experiments of decorative base paper treated by a mixture of starch and styrene acrylate on base paper surfaces were conducted in order to evaluate effects of the surface treatment conditions on tensile strength, surface properties and printability of the paper. The results showed that when the mass ratio of starch and styrene acrylate was mixed with 20 ~ 1, the tensile strength, smoothness, color density and contrast of the paper were improved significantly without losing absorbability. The tensile strength increased by 40% and smoothness was doubled. Print performance showed melamine impregnated processing can make print pattern retention time longer.
